Everyone has a purpose in life and for our founder Valerie, it is to make sure no one is denied the pleasure of a great cookie. When her children developed food allergies, Valerie tapped into her extensive experience making sublime desserts and sweet treats for friends, family, and local businesses, and worked out how to bake those delicious things without gluten.

Word soon got around, until everyone was requesting Valerie’s special treats for birthday parties, sleepovers, and all sorts of other social gatherings. She decided it was time to give everyone the chance to indulge—and so began XOV Cookies.
