Are all of your products gluten-free?

Yes, and we bake with certified gluten-free flours.

Are XOV cookies baked in a certified gluten-free kitchen?

Currently our cookies are baked with gluten-free ingredients but the kitchen is not certified gluten-free. We are working towards the goal of baking in a gluten-free kitchen.

Are any of your cookies vegan?

All of our products are vegan.

Are your cookies nut free?

Yes! All XOV Cookies are nut-free. But if you have tree nut and peanut allergies, bear in mind that tree nuts and peanuts are present in our production facility.

How long will my cookies last?

The "best by" date on your cookie package will give you a good idea, but follow our storage tips below to help keep them extra fresh. 

Isn't it bad to use palm oil?

It's only 'bad' if it is sourced unethically, and we are entirely against that!! Our plant butter supplier has taken a huge stand against unethically and unsustainably sourced palm oil. Any palm oil used in the plant butter products comes from the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) member organizations, committed to
environmentally and socially responsible palm oil production and are certified to the RSPO Mass Balance certification system 2.

What is your refund policy?

For defective products purchased from XOV Cookies: Please contact us for a possible refund (products are deemed defective at XOV Cookies’ discretion). If the products are deemed defective, they can be refunded for partial or full refund to the credit card on file. Please note that minor damage to packaging is not considered defective.

For defective products purchased from another retailer: All products thought to be defective that were purchased from a retailer must be returned to that retailer for replacement or refund. XOV Cookies cannot issue partial or full refunds for defective products not purchased through XOV Cookie’s website.

For non-defective products: There is a no refund policy on non-defective products.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders can’t be changed or canceled once you’ve placed them, including the payment method. Please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct when you submit your order.

When do you ship?

We like to focus on one thing at a time to make sure we do it just right, so we ship our cookies once a week.

How do you ship?

We ship UPS ground. If you’re on the West Coast, deliveries take about five business days from the day after shipping. For those lucky East Coast dwellers, deliveries can take up to three business days from the day after shipping.

Why do you charge for shipping?

Since we are a small business, we cannot afford to absorb shipping costs at this time.
